We’re Going Somewhere
SO BUILT WE THE WALL; AND ALL THE WALL WAS JOINED TOGETHER UNTO THE HALF THEREOF: FOR THE PEOPLE HAD A MIND TO WORK. - NEHEMIAH 4:6
At NRC, we are building something greater than ourselves—a faith-filled community where lives are transformed, and God’s vision is fulfilled. We invite you to be part of the journey!
Mission
Faith is more than religion—it’s about relationship, kingdom mindset, and service.
At NRC, we believe that faith is a personal relationship with God the Father and our Savior, Jesus Christ. Living a kingdom-focused life requires the power of the Holy Spirit and a commitment to growing in God and with others.
Together, we are called to reach the lost, serve our community, and make an impact that extends beyond the church walls.
What We Believe
God: There is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He alone is worthy of all honor, worship, and praise.
Salvation: Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. He is the only mediator between God and man, and His gospel should be shared with all.
The Bible: The Bible is God’s Word—composed of the Old and New Testaments, infallible, authoritative, and the standard for faith and life.
Baptism & The Lord’s Supper: These are symbolic acts of faith, not means of salvation, observed as reminders of Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection.
The Church: The church is God’s primary instrument for fulfilling His redemptive purpose, equipping believers through apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching gifts.
Community & Fellowship: Every believer should be actively involved in a local church community for spiritual growth and accountability.
Vision
Discipling, developing, and deploying God’s people to make a difference in the earth.
We are committed to:
✔ Discipleship – Teaching and equipping believers with the Word of God.
✔ Development – Strengthening individuals spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
✔ Deployment – Empowering people to serve, lead, and impact the world.
Our Beginning
Established in August 2015, NRC began under the leadership of Bishop Patrick Dewberry, starting with evening services in a temporary space.
From the beginning, community outreach has been a core focus, launching initiatives such as:
✔ Change 4 Change – Supporting those in need.
✔ Seasoned Saints – Honoring and caring for our elders.
In January 2016, we moved into our own facility and transitioned to morning worship services. Since then, God has continued to bless NRC with growth, expanded space, and a greater reach.
