COUNSELING INTAKE PROCESS
We are honored to support you through our biblical counseling services. To ensure we can provide the best care and guidance for your specific needs, we ask that all members complete the following intake process:
Step 1: Review Counseling Intake Information
Before beginning counseling, it’s important to understand our approach and expectations. Our biblical counseling is rooted in Scripture and focuses on applying God’s Word to life’s challenges. Please take the time to carefully review the intake information provided. This will help you understand what to expect and how we can best support you in this journey.
Step 2: Complete the Intake Form
Once you’ve reviewed the intake information, please fill out the counseling intake form. This form will provide us with important details about your situation, your goals for counseling, and how we can pray for you. Completing this form allows us to prepare for your sessions and ensures we match you with the appropriate resources and support.
Note:
There is no charge to members for counseling.
